Job Description:

We are a rapidly growing LED lighting company with offices in cities throughout the U.S. and Canada. We are rapidly expanding throughout North America and we offer an exciting opportunity for experienced business to business and business to government sales reps who want in on the rising wave of demand for energy efficient “GREEN” products.

This is an Independent Outside Sales Agent with an expectation of $200K + in earnings. A six figure commission can result from a single sale. Your accounts, whether under development or sold, are protected.

  1. Approach businesses, government agencies, and property managers etc. to discover the key decision maker(s).
  2. Offer the decision maker a free lighting energy cost analysis with a comparison between existing lighting and energy efficient LED lighting.
  3. Perform a site inspection detailing existing lighting or work with architects to discover planned lighting needs.
  4. Make a presentation to the decision maker outlining existing costs and the savings potential of changing to LED lighting. This will include a detailed ROI.
  5. Take a partial trial order or close the complete sale.
  6. Submit  P.O.’s with partial payment to management and follow up with customer after delivery is confirmed
  7. Maintain daily contact with management to discuss progress on existing accounts and to have your new accounts put on the distributed Do Not Call list.


  1. Demonstrated success in business to business or business to government sales.
  2. Motivated self-starter with good prospecting skills.
  3. The patience required to work through levels of decision making.
  4. Ability to make a proposal presentation to high level decision makers.
  5. The ability to close.
  6. Professional integrity.
