How to Order
Please follow these guidelines for artwork.
There is no charge for artwork except on Banner Pens. Banner artwork $35.00 per hour.
Send us your logo and we will set it up for you.
If it’s just text you want tell us the font name and what you want the pen to say and we will typeset it.
All logos and artwork must be in vector format. We cannot use jpg’s or png’s.
Send vector artwork in EPS or PDF files.
Check image imprint area on the page of the pen you have chosen to be sure your logo and message will fit.
If you need more than 1 colour imprint check the page of the pen you selected and check options or check prices for additional colour.
We will send you a mockup of what the pen art will look like. Any changes can be made at this point.
After your approve the mockup you will receive a final PDF proof showing the pen you have selected.
After final proof approval the pen will go to production.

Include pen name, imprint colour, engraving if applicable, quantity you wish and shipping address. We will send an order confirmation.

You will receive a final PDF proof before your order goes to production.
Your order will go into production after artwork has been approved and payment has been made. Some pens may take longer to print than others. Check product page for turnaround time.
If we can do it we will. Email or call and we’ll check with the production department.
All orders must be pre paid with credit card or by check or money order unless other arrangements have been made. Contact me.
We ship with FedEx from the Toronto plant unless you have a preferred carrier.
We guarantee the quality and workmanship of all of our pens.
